Yesterday's Darts Results South and South West 8th August 2026: Bevan Hits 115.62, Quiney Takes Memorial Title and Hayter Wins at Bradmoor Farm

 

Saturday delivered one of the strongest days of grassroots darts we've seen in the Q4QS results for some time, with 29 tournaments added to the database and some exceptional numbers produced across the country.

There were three separate 111.33 averages, another above 107, plenty of ton-plus darts – and one performance which went even further.

Llew Bevan produces a huge 115.62

The standout number of the entire day belonged to Llew Bevan at the Terry Griffiths Matchroom in Llanelli.

Bevan produced a remarkable 115.62 average in a 2–0 victory over Finlay Andrews, but this wasn't simply one spectacular match.

He also recorded averages of 100.20, 98.02 and 91.09 during an excellent tournament before beating Justin Hughes 3–0 in the final.

Bevan finished with eight wins, while Hughes collected six and Morgan Thomas, Oscar Bourne and Scott Blair each won five.

A 115.62 will inevitably grab the headlines, but the consistency around it made Bevan's overall tournament particularly impressive.

Quiney takes the Doc Neale Memorial

Closer to the usual Q4QS heartland, Joe Quiney enjoyed an excellent day at The 2nd Annual Doc Neale Memorial at Wotton Hall Social Club.

Quiney defeated Harry Williams 6–3 in the final, completing a six-win tournament.

There was plenty of quality behind the victory as well. Quiney recorded a 90.45 against Josh Lewis, an 89.61 against Chris Hartrey and another 87.56 against Kieran Smith.

Hartrey actually produced the tournament's highest individual average with 93.94, while Williams reached the final after a run which included an 87.91 against Shaun Vernall.

It was a strong field and an impressive title for Quiney.

Gemma Hayter wins WADC Event 5

There was plenty of interest at Bradmoor Farm as the latest WADC Winmau Championship South action got underway.

Gemma Hayter emerged victorious from Event 5, edging Vicky Pruim 5–4 in the final.

Hayter also produced the highest average of the event, an excellent 95.43, while Fallon Sherrock wasn't far behind with 93.77.

Pruim's route to the final included an impressive 5–1 victory over Sherrock, but it was Hayter who ultimately claimed the title after six wins during the competition.

Huge numbers from Haines and Rowley

Llew Bevan wasn't alone in producing some extraordinary numbers on Saturday.

Johnny Haines recorded a 111.33 average at Burghfield Community Sports Association – and went on to win the tournament.

Haines beat Steven Jenkinson 3–0 in the final, averaging 95.94, and also produced three separate 93.94 performances during an outstanding seven-win campaign.

Remarkably, Paul Rowley also averaged exactly 111.33 at Inn On The Green in Shrewsbury.

Rowley went on to defeat Matt Elsey 3–2 in the final and finished with eight victories. Elsey himself enjoyed an excellent competition, winning seven matches and producing a 93.76.

Arun Grewal comes through a marathon event

One of the busiest competitions in Saturday's data was the Saturday Night Money In Money Out KO, with 169 matches recorded.

Arun Grewal eventually emerged victorious, defeating Jack Divall 4–3 in the final and collecting nine wins across the tournament.

Grewal also produced a 91.09 average during his run.

Daryl Hunt recorded the tournament's highest average at 100.20, while Bobby Vickors reached 93.94. Dave Fisher accumulated eight victories, with Mason Dower, Teddy Penston and finalist Divall all winning seven.

Coleman takes ADC Championship South Event 10

There was a huge amount of action at Bradmoor Farm in the men's ADC Winmau Championship South Event 10, with 207 matches recorded.

Ashley Coleman came through the field to beat Harry Lane 5–1 in the final, completing an eight-win tournament.

One of Saturday's other monster averages came from Chas Barstow, who hit 111.33, while Jack Drayton produced 103.66. Darren Brown reached 98.25, Adam Beck 98.09 and Jamie Kay 97.24.

Coleman ultimately took the title, but the depth of scoring showed just how competitive the tournament was.

A Saturday packed with big performances

Saturday's results underline why tracking the grassroots game in detail can uncover performances that might otherwise pass almost unnoticed.

The day's top five recorded averages alone were extraordinary:

Llew Bevan – 115.62
Chas Barstow – 111.33
Johnny Haines – 111.33
Paul Rowley – 111.33
Dan Baker – 107.36

And even that doesn't include the 103.66 from Jack Drayton or three further 100.20 performances recorded during the day.

For Q4QS, though, there was plenty beyond the numbers: Quiney's Doc Neale Memorial victory, Hayter taking WADC Event 5, Coleman winning a huge ADC field and Grewal battling through nine victories.

29 more tournaments are now in the Q4QS database – and Saturday provided some outstanding additions.

Yesterday's Darts Results South and South West– 31 July 2026

 

Thirty-nine tournaments were added to the Q4QS database on Friday, making it another busy evening across the grassroots darts scene. As always, the South West produced plenty of eye-catching performances, with several familiar names lifting Vault titles, while there were also standout displays from around the country featuring some exceptional three-dart averages.

The South West was once again at the heart of the action.

Pete Hughes claimed the Vault 18.0 title at The Bengeworth Club, Evesham, defeating Graham Hall 3-1 in the final. While Hughes lifted the trophy, it was Joe Quiney who produced one of the performances of the night, firing in a superb 111.33 average, with Vince Tipple also breaking the 107 barrier during an excellent evening of darts.

Cornwall also celebrated a winner as Jamie Kay enjoyed an outstanding run to victory at St Breward AFC & Social Club. Kay defeated Dennis Bryant 3-1 in the final and impressed throughout the night, recording four of the venue's five highest averages while winning ten matches across the competition.

Gloucestershire provided another high-quality event where Shaun Vernall edged Joe Bagguley 3-2 in a closely fought final at Saintbridge Sports Club. Paul Meyer produced the headline average of 100.20 during the evening, while Bagguley also recorded two performances above 93, underlining the strength of the field.

In Somerset, Andy Steed lifted the title at Bullets Sports Bar, Yeovil, overcoming Ben Collins 3-1 in the final. Daren Field and George Hughes both posted impressive 96.97 averages, highlighting the quality throughout the competition rather than just the eventual winner.

Taunton's Pegasus 68 Club saw Steven Rees defeat Jack Bellingham 3-0 in the final. Bellingham produced the night's highest averages at the venue, but Rees was clinical when it mattered most to secure another Vault title.

The women's action at Bengeworth saw Jane Price defeat Rachel Curtis 3-2 to take the WADC Vault title, rounding off another successful evening for one of the South West's busiest venues.

Away from the South West there were several exceptional performances.

The standout average of the day belonged to Shane Turner, who produced a stunning 120.24 average at East Challow before Lee Evans eventually claimed the title. Elsewhere, Roger Crook, Mick Rodgers, Jake Eichen and Jack Harvey all featured among the day's highest averages, while Paul Rowley and Luke Harding both exceeded the 104 mark in their respective events.

Another 39 tournaments added to the database demonstrates the incredible depth of grassroots darts currently being played across the UK. Every evening brings new winners, new standout performances and more movement within the Q4QS rankings, with Friday's action providing another excellent snapshot of the strength of local darts.

Sunday Results Round-Up – Andy Steed, Ben Dean and Henry Cooper Among Sunday's Winners

 

Sunday produced another outstanding day of grassroots darts across the South West, with Vault 18 events attracting strong fields and several players continuing their excellent summer form.

From Taunton and Gloucester to Shaftesbury, Cinderford and Evesham, there were impressive performances throughout the day, with some remarkable averages lighting up the Q4QS database.

Andy Steed Continues Outstanding Season

One of the standout performances came at The Queens Arms, Taunton, where Andy Steed claimed another ADC Vault 18 title.

Steed defeated Jack Bellingham 3-0 in the final, producing averages of 93.94 and 92.02 during another commanding display. Jack Bellingham also impressed throughout the day with two 91+ averages as both players underlined their quality.

Ben Dean Wins Strong Gloucester Vault

Another excellent field assembled at Matson Rugby Club in Gloucester.

Ben Dean lifted the title after defeating Dave Legg 3-1 in the final, but one of the biggest stories came from Shaun Vernall, who produced sensational averages of 107.36, 103.66 and 96.97 during the competition.

Although Vernall fell short of the title, his scoring once again demonstrated why he remains one of the region's most dangerous players.

Henry Cooper Maintains Superb Run

Henry Cooper continued his remarkable consistency at Shaftesbury Football Club.

While the final result wasn't available in the exported data, Cooper once again featured among the tournament's leading performers, recording a highest average of 96.97 and finishing among the day's top winners. His excellent run of form shows no sign of slowing down.

Pete Hughes Fires In Redditch

Pete Hughes produced one of the performances of the day at Abbeydale Social Club.

He defeated Tom Garfield 3-0 in the final while recording a magnificent 118.66 average, one of the highest seen anywhere in the Q4QS database this season. It was an outstanding display from the Redditch player.

Neil Wild Wins High-Quality Evesham Event

The 501 Round Robin Contender Board at Evesham produced some extraordinary scoring.

Neil Wild edged Joe Quiney 4-3 in a superb final, with both players producing incredible averages throughout the tournament.

Joe Quiney topped the averages with 125.25 and 120.05, while Neil Wild responded with 119.55 and 115.71 during one of the highest-quality local competitions of the weekend.

South West Results Round-Up – Quiney Shines In Evesham (26th June 2026)

 

Another busy Friday saw dozens of grassroots tournaments take place across the country, with several standout performances coming from the South West and neighbouring counties.

From Evesham to Bridgwater and Yeovil to Dorchester, there was plenty of quality on show as players battled for titles heading into another packed weekend of darts.

Joe Quiney Impresses In Evesham

The standout local performance came at the Evesham Darts Competitions In Between Vault Break Round Robin.

Joe Quiney produced a superb display to defeat Joe Bagguley 3-1 in the final, collecting nine victories during the evening. His run included averages of 100.20, 98.02 and 88.41, underlining the quality of his performance.

Pete Hughes also caught the eye, recording the highest average of the tournament with a magnificent 111.33 during his victory over Rachel Curtis.

Dan Raby Continues Winning Form

At Lockleaze Family Community Club, Dan Raby claimed another title after overcoming Jamie Harvey 2-0 in the final.

Raby won seven matches during the evening and produced the highest averages of the competition, including 84.18 and 83.50.

Jamie Harvey and Matt Tremlett also enjoyed strong nights, both reaching the latter stages of another competitive Bristol event.

Alfie Yarrow Wins Family Final

Dorchester Trinity Club produced one of the stories of the evening.

Alfie Yarrow defeated Matt Yarrow 3-2 in an all-Yarrow final to lift the DTC Mid Series MIMO Vault title.

Henry Cooper recorded the tournament's highest average with an excellent 96.97, while both finalists produced several strong performances on their way through the draw.

Warren Rixon Takes BDA Under-18 Honours

The future of South West darts continues to look bright.

At Bridgwater Darts Academy, Warren Rixon defeated Spike Elliott to win the latest BDA Under-18 Series event.

Alex Bird topped the averages with 62.63, while Tommy Warry finished the evening with five victories to underline the strength of the junior competition.

Yeovil Blind Pairs Delivers Another Close Contest

The Blind Pairs event at Yeovil Labour Club produced another entertaining evening.

Rendell/Higgins claimed the title after defeating Harper/Pearce 4-2 in the final.

Harper/Pearce recorded the highest averages of the night and won five matches before just falling short in the deciding contest.
