Yesterday's Results Round-Up – 21 July 2026

 

Another busy evening of grassroots darts saw 49 tournaments added to the Q4QS database, with action stretching from local round robins and ADC Vault events to junior competitions across the UK.

Closer to home, Liam Moore enjoyed another excellent night at Tuesday Night Sub 70 Average Round Robin at DartAsylum HQ, defeating Dan Cornes 3-1 in the final to continue his impressive recent run of form. It was another reminder of why he's becoming one of the in-form players on the South West circuit, while Dan can also take plenty of positives from another deep tournament run.

Elsewhere in the South West, Neil Meneer claimed the Vault 18.0 title at Elmore Football Club, Tiverton, edging Todd Woodberry 3-2 in a high-quality final. In Chard, Kieran Spurdle lifted the honours at The Choughs Hotel, while Elliot Straughan-Horwood was victorious at the Bristol Vault hosted at Bessellscotts. Joe Quiney also impressed by taking the Bretforton title with several excellent performances throughout the evening.

At Portishead Workmen's Darts, Steve Boundy won the Tuesday Open, overcoming John Maggs in the final after another consistent night's work.

The junior game also enjoyed another busy evening with six JDC VOLTS events taking place around the country. Among the winners were Rhys Evans, Freddie Rowlands, Jack Turner, Ryan Elliott, Lucas Milligan and Jenson Swift, highlighting the depth of talent coming through the ranks.

🎯 Tuesday Night Sub 70 Average Round Robin (DartAsylum HQ)

The headline event for South West followers saw Liam Moore continue his excellent run of form, defeating Woody Jewell 3-1 in the final. Liam's recent consistency has made him one of the players to watch on the local scene.

🎯 Faringdon Town In Between Cash Comp #3

Mitch McCarthy took the title after defeating Johnny Haines 3-2 in a closely fought final. Johnny may have missed out on the trophy, but he produced some of the highest averages of the day.

🎯 Railway Inn Round Robin

Kieran Spurdle defeated Steve Boundy 3-1 in the final after an impressive day that saw him rack up nine wins.

🎯 Highbridge JDC Volts Series 6

One of the standout youth events in the South West saw Jenson Jones defeat Cooper Cornish in the final.

🎯 Minehead JDC Volts Series 6

Charlie Mossman edged out Luke Bennett in a 3-2 final to claim the title.

South & South West Darts Round-Up – 11 June 2026

A busy Thursday night across the South and South West produced quality performances across open, under-average and youth competitions.

The standout performance came at Faringdon Town Football Club, where Josh McCarthy lifted the In Between Cash Competition title. McCarthy defeated Mac Goves in the final and produced a stunning 101.54 average during the evening. Johnny Haines also impressed with averages of 93.41 and 88.41 during his run to the latter stages.

At DartAsylum HQ, Liam Moore emerged victorious in the Thursday Night Round Robin after defeating Tommy Sperring 3-2 in the final. The event was fiercely competitive throughout, with Liam Moore, Tommy Sperring and Sean White all recording seven wins.

Hangar 61 delivered another strong field, with Martyn Freeman defeating Matt Jackson 3-1 in the final. Jackson recorded the highest average of the night at 88.41, while both players reached the final after impressive runs through the round robin phase.

In youth darts, Rory Pearce secured victory at the JDC VOLTS event in Gloucester, defeating Tyler Meason in the final. Pearce produced four of the top five averages in the competition and continued his excellent recent form.

The under-average scene was represented by Kyle Matthews, who claimed the Thursday Night Under 55 title at Highridge United Football Club after defeating Josh Rose in the final.
