Yesterday's Darts Results: Darren Brown Hits 120.24, Kash Oliver 115.62 and 60 Tournaments Added – 5 November 2026

Thursday 5 November 2026 | Q4QS Grassroots Darts Results

Another 60 tournaments have been added to the Q4QS Database, bringing together grassroots darts results from across the country, including ADC competitions, junior events and local round-robin tournaments.

The highest recorded average was an outstanding 120.24 from Darren Brown, while Kash Oliver wasn't far behind with 115.62 at Farnborough.

There were tournament victories for Danny Humphries at Hangar 61 in Bristol, Andy Smith at Aylesbury, James Hubbard, Chas Barstow, Michael Powell and Mat Caste, among many others.

And this time I've got a slightly more personal reason for mentioning one of the highest averages. Danny Humphries recorded his 103.66 against me!

Danny Humphries Wins at Hangar 61 – and Hits 103.66 Against Me

At Hangar 61 in Bristol, Danny Humphries defeated John Brown 3–0 in the Thursday Round Robin final.

Both players recorded seven victories, with 70 matches played across the tournament.

Humphries produced the highest average of the competition, 103.66 against Paul Philpot. Unfortunately, I was the player on the receiving end!

It's one thing looking through the database and seeing somebody produce a three-figure average. It's quite another when you're standing at the other end of the oche watching it happen.

Humphries also averaged 90.18 in the final against Brown.

Bailey White produced some excellent darts, recording 93.94 against Robbie Long and 91.13 against Humphries, while Martyn Freeman reached 91.09 against Will Jackson.

Brogan Bayford collected six victories, with Robbie Long and Warren Ryan recording five each.

There was some very decent darts played at Hangar 61, and Humphries was a deserving winner.

Darren Brown Produces a Remarkable 120.24

The highest average recorded in Thursday's results came from Darren Brown, who averaged 120.24 in a 2–0 victory over Charlie Miller in the GSD Thursday competition.

Miller also produced an excellent 103.66 against Jamie Grimes, while eventual winner James Hubbard reached 100.20 against Luke James.

Hubbard defeated Josh Brown 3–1 in the final, recording eight victories across the competition.

Josh Brown finished with five wins, as did Alfie Osman and Darren Brown.

The tournament contained 57 recorded matches, with several players producing impressive individual performances.

Brown's 120.24 is the standout figure, but Hubbard deserves recognition for putting together the victories needed to win the competition.

Kash Oliver Hits 115.62 at Farnborough

At the Plough & Horse Vault Break competition in Farnborough, Kash Oliver produced the second-highest average of the day, 115.62 against Peter Oliver.

James Loveridge also broke the 100 barrier, averaging 100.20 against Peter Oliver, who recorded 95.00 in that same match.

Despite those excellent performances, the tournament title went to Scott Young, who defeated Tony Eastwood 2–1 in the final.

Young recorded seven victories, with Eastwood collecting six. Kash Oliver and Jack Jones each finished with five.

It's another example of how the highest individual average and the tournament winner can be two different stories.

Chas Barstow Produces a 104.86 Final

Chas Barstow was another player to break the 100 barrier, averaging 104.86 in a 3–0 final victory over Roberto Salvati.

Barstow also recorded two averages of 93.94, against Charlie Jack and Max Banachowicz, and an 81.98 against Dan Rosher.

He finished with six victories, while Salvati and Rosher recorded five each.

The tournament name and venue were not correctly identified in the export, so I won't attribute it to a particular location until that can be confirmed. The recorded performance itself is certainly worth including.

Andy Smith Dominates at Aylesbury

One of the most consistent performances came from Andy Smith at the Cressex Round Robin Vault Break Week 2 competition, organised by Aylesbury Darts Events.

Smith defeated Harry Rawlings 3–1 in the final and recorded eight victories.

His five highest listed match averages were:

  • 102.48 against Ben Holt
  • 88.19 against Jai Carlton
  • 87.97 against Harry Rawlings
  • 84.40 against Brian Rawlings
  • 83.50 against Neil Smith

Rawlings finished with seven wins, while Jai Carlton recorded six.

The competition contained 67 matches, and Smith's combination of scoring and results made him one of Thursday's standout tournament winners.

Mat Caste Impresses at Bletchley

At Hotshots Sports Bar in Bletchley, Mat Caste defeated Sean Ross 3–0 to win the Vault Break 2 competition.

Caste recorded eight victories and produced an excellent set of averages, headed by 100.20 against Kate Drake.

He also reached 92.02, 91.09, 90.18 and 89.89, with the 90.18 coming in the final.

Ross finished with seven victories, while Kev Brown and Dean Taylor collected five each.

Caste's consistency across several matches was particularly impressive.

Michael Powell Takes the Soccer Zone Title

Michael Powell defeated Jordan Edge 3–2 in the Soccer Zone Darts League final.

Powell recorded eight victories, including a 103.66 average against Gary Mole and 86.36 against Ethan Jones.

Edge reached 85.08 against Blaine Capewell and collected six victories.

The competition featured 32 recorded matches, with Powell producing both the highest average and the tournament-winning performance.

Strong Welsh Results: Dai Davies, Finley Bennett and Dafydd Roach

There was plenty to report from Wales.

At the Wings Club in Denbigh, Dai Davies defeated Theo Vaughan 3–1 in the Vault Break Week 2 final.

Davies produced a particularly strong series of averages: 100.20, 93.31, 91.09, 86.71 and 86.65. He recorded seven victories, with Vaughan finishing on six.

At Brynmawr Social Club, Finley Bennett defeated Steve Griffiths 3–0 in the Money In Money Out final. Bennett recorded eight victories and reached 91.09 against Declan Lewis-Tonkin.

Bryan Flew produced the competition's highest average of 96.97, with Callum Smith also reaching 91.09.

At the Cefn Club, Ian Evzo Evans defeated Rob Pugh 3–2. Both players recorded seven wins, while Evans produced a 96.97 average against Rhys Williams.

The Cardiff County Conservative Club competition went to Edward Manley, who defeated Tom Breward 3–2. Corey Oates recorded the event's highest average of 93.94.

Dafydd Roach won the Clwb Emrys Circuit 3.0 event at The Baden, defeating Lee Hughes 3–2 and recording nine victories. Spencer Edwards produced the highest average of 91.09.

There were also victories for Lewis Howells at Abercwmboi Social Club and Riley Williams at Calstep Darts Wales Newbridge.

Taken together, that's a substantial amount of competitive darts across Wales, with some very good individual performances.

Junior Volts: Dylan Person and Matthew Helyer Impress

Thursday's Junior Volts competitions produced several interesting results.

At Cogan Coronation in Penarth, Dylan Person defeated Theo Everton 3–1 in the final, recording seven victories.

Person produced two averages of 85.89, both against different opponents, Archie Melhuish and Leo Thomas. He also recorded 69.37 and 65.35.

At Stokesley Sports Club, Matthew Helyer defeated Peter Clark 3–2 and recorded six victories.

Helyer's five leading averages were 83.50, 81.91, 80.17, 78.22 and 73.37. The 80.17 came in the final, showing that he maintained a good standard throughout the competition.

At The Plough Chequers in Gillingham, Charlie Smith defeated Drake Porter 3–2. Smith produced the competition's highest average of 90.18 against Blaise Welch, while Porter reached 86.71.

At Buxton Working Men's Club, Noah Prince defeated Adam Bines 3–2. Prince recorded six victories, while Bines produced the event's highest average of 69.37.

The Junior Volts results continue to demonstrate the importance of regular competitive opportunities. Some of these players are already producing averages that would stand out in many adult grassroots competitions.

More Winners and Performances Worth Mentioning

There were several other results that caught my attention.

At Hindley Social Club, Jonathan Kavanagh defeated Kirk Shepherd 5–2 in the final. Kavanagh reached 98.02, 92.49 and 91.54, while Shepherd recorded 95.43 and 91.24.

At Locks Heath Working Men's Club, Bradley Kirk defeated Riley Milligan 3–1, recording nine victories. Milligan reached 96.97, while Kirk recorded 92.23 and 91.09.

Asa Cansdale defeated Michael Wiles 4–3 in the Thursday Inbetweener 2 final, averaging 99.52 against Wiles' 94.51. Cansdale also produced 94.66 earlier in the competition.

Darren Johnson won at Darfield Conservative Club, defeating Ben Nuttall 3–1 and recording a 100.20 average against Carl Wilkinson.

At Studley Conservative Club, Cai Griffiths won the AMPS 3.0 Under-55 competition, defeating Zak Edmunds 3–0. Griffiths recorded eight victories, with averages of 81.24 and 77.08.

James Waite defeated Maks Sajek 4–0 in the Fev Rovers Round Robin final, averaging 92.49 in the deciding match and collecting eight victories.

Other winners included Shane Williams in the Phoenix Thursday Series, Mark Jodrill at Coppenhall, Jack Johnson at Rusthall Club, Steve Connor at Dereham Cricket Club, Reece Barry at Highridge United, and Will Cardwell at Credenhill Social & Sports Club.

These competitions may not always produce the biggest averages, but the players putting together six, seven, eight or nine victories deserve recognition too.

WADC Update

There were no WADC-labelled tournaments identified in the supplied 5 November results export. I'll continue including WADC results in the daily roundups whenever they're recorded.

A Final Thought

Sixty tournaments is another substantial addition to the Q4QS Database.

The 120.24 from Darren Brown and 115.62 from Kash Oliver are remarkable individual performances, but there's plenty more to take away from these results.

Andy Smith, Mat Caste and Dai Davies produced excellent sequences of averages, while players such as Dafydd Roach and Bradley Kirk demonstrated the consistency needed to win a large number of matches.

And, from a personal point of view, I can now say I've been on the receiving end of one of the highest averages in a Q4QS daily roundup!

Not necessarily the achievement I was looking for, but it's all part of playing competitive darts.

I'll keep adding as many tournaments as possible to the database, although inevitably some events won't be included.
