Yesterday's Results Round-Up South and South West – Monday 27 July 2026

Monday delivered another packed evening of grassroots darts, with 30 tournaments added to the Q4QS database. There were strong performances right across the country, while the South West once again produced several eye-catching winners and some outstanding averages.

Finlay Cleave Impresses In Paignton

One of the standout performances of the evening came in Paignton, where Finlay Cleave claimed the Vault 18 title with a convincing 3-0 victory over Andy Steed.

The final was played to an excellent standard, with both players recording 93.94 averages, while Dan Bevan (91.09) and Robbie Martin (91.09) also featured among the night's highest performers.

Carl High Continues His Rise In Minehead

After being highlighted in my preview earlier this week, Carl High justified the attention by winning Vault 18 at The Banckers Draught, Minehead.

High edged past Jack Walker 3-2 in an entertaining final to continue his impressive recent form. Jack Walker, Brooklyn Anthony and Steve Boundy were all among the players enjoying another productive evening in Somerset.

Josh McCarthy Claims Calne Honours

At Vault 18 @ North Star Club, Calne, Josh McCarthy lifted another title after defeating Declan Cox 3-2 in the final.

McCarthy also produced the tournament's highest average of 96.72, underlining why he remains one of the strongest performers on the local circuit.

Salisbury Success For Danny Humphries

The Stratford Social Club hosted another competitive Vault event, with Danny Humphries defeating Daryl Beaven 3-1 in the final.

Humphries topped the averages with 92.02, while Zachary Petty and Daren Field also produced strong displays during the evening.

Barnstaple And Beyond

There was another excellent turnout in Barnstaple, where Ben Rigler overcame Harry Childs in a closely fought final.

Meanwhile, Johnny Haines won in Didcot, Callum Grealis took the honours in Basingstoke and Lee Evans triumphed in Andover as another busy Monday of Vault action unfolded across the country.

Highest Average Of The Day

The performance of the day belonged to Stuart Scarsbrook, who produced a superb 112.73 average on his way to victory at the Daventry Vault. Anthony Coleman also exceeded 109, while Ryan Davies, Callum Grealis and Jake Eichen all broke the 103 barrier during an outstanding evening of darts.

Another excellent night's darts is now in the books, with plenty of familiar names continuing their fine form as the race towards the major ADC events gathers pace.

Yesterday's Results Round-Up – 13 July 2026

 

Monday night saw another busy evening across the grassroots darts scene, with more than 30 tournaments added to the Q4QS database. As always, I'm concentrating mainly on the South West, where there were plenty of familiar names collecting titles and producing impressive performances.

Josh McCarthy Continues His Fine Form

The standout performance came at Vault 18.0 @ North Star Club, Calne, where Josh McCarthy continued his excellent run of form.

Josh defeated Mitch McCarthy in the final to collect another Vault title, producing the day's highest average at the venue with a superb 91.34 average during his semi-final victory over Cori Wiltshire.

Mitch McCarthy continued his own excellent spell by reaching another final, while Cori Wiltshire impressed with a 91.09 average of his own and Michael Davies also fired in an excellent 87.57 average.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to look beyond Josh whenever he enters a local Vault event.

Andy Steed Back in the Winner's Circle

Over in Paignton, Andy Steed claimed the title after overcoming Charlie Wiles in the final.

Andy produced one of the performances of the day with a 93.94 average and once again demonstrated why he remains one of the strongest players in the South West. Charlie Wiles also enjoyed an excellent evening to reach the final, while Richie Blaynee and Leigh Bowman both posted averages above 85.

Kian Gover Triumphs in Barnstaple

The Barnstaple Vault produced another competitive field with Kian Gover lifting the trophy after defeating Zac Sanders in the final.

David Yeaman recorded the highest average of the night with an excellent 91.09, while Zac Sanders won eight matches during the evening before narrowly missing out on the title.

Martin Haines Wins in Salisbury

The Stratford Social Club in Salisbury produced another quality Monday night tournament.

Martin Haines edged past Stephen Lawrence in a close final, while Ashley Melvin was arguably the standout scorer on the night with several averages over 80, including a best of 90.51.

David Farmer Takes Minehead Honours

Minehead's Vault also produced some excellent darts as David Farmer lifted the title with victory over Jack Walker.

Taylor Foster posted the highest average of the evening at 96.97 before Farmer eventually took the tournament with several excellent displays of his own.

Junior Darts Continues to Flourish

It was another encouraging night for the JDC.

• Logun Godbeer won at Highbridge after beating Tai Anderson in the final.
• Zachary Petty claimed victory in Salisbury.
• Kian Hopkins came out on top in Milton Keynes.

The standard being produced by the next generation continues to impress, with Logun Godbeer and Zachary Petty both recording excellent 85.89 averages.

Monday Round Robin

At Clandown, Darren Cox enjoyed an excellent evening to defeat Garreth Peat in the final. Darren produced an 85.89 average during his successful run and finished the night with seven victories.

Performance of the Day

Although there were several outstanding performances across the country, Josh McCarthy once again strengthened his position as one of the form players in the South West with another Vault title, while Andy Steed's return to winning ways in Paignton was another notable result.

South West Results Round-Up – 23 June 2026

 Another busy night of grassroots darts produced strong performances across the South West, with DartAsylum HQ, Highbridge, Minehead and Taunton all hosting competitive events.

Collis Palmer Wins At DartAsylum HQ

The headline event of the evening came at DartAsylum HQ, where the Tuesday Night Sub 70 Average Round Robin attracted another competitive field.

Collis Palmer emerged victorious, defeating Matthew Webb 3-0 in the final.

Palmer produced some excellent darts throughout the evening, including an 85.08 average in the final itself. Webb continued his impressive recent run by reaching another final, while Tommy Sperring, Richie Hunt and Mark Pollard were among the players making deep runs.

The result continues a strong spell of form for Palmer, who has featured prominently in recent DartAsylum events.

Tai Anderson Triumphs In Highbridge

The latest JDC VOLTS event at Highbridge Social Club saw Tai Anderson come through a strong field to claim the title.

Anderson defeated Cooper Cornish 3-2 in the final and finished the night with seven victories.

His highest average of 76.71 was among the best recorded in the South West yesterday, while Cornish also impressed with several averages above 70.

The continued strength of junior darts across the region remains one of the biggest success stories of 2026.

Ryan Elliott Wins In Minehead

At The Banckers Draught in Minehead, Ryan Elliott captured another JDC title after edging past Luke Bennett 3-2 in the final.

Charlie Mossman recorded the highest average of the night with 71.57, while Elliott's consistency across the tournament proved enough to secure the trophy.

James Wellbelove Takes Taunton Honours

The Taunton U70 Round Robin Super Series produced another highly competitive evening.

James Wellbelove eventually came out on top, defeating Jamie Davey 4-1 in the final.

Both players enjoyed excellent nights, recording eight victories apiece, while Brooklyn Anthony continued to impress with three appearances in the event's top averages list.

Sean Holley Produces The Performance Of The Day

Although outside the South West focus area, Sean Holley's performance deserves recognition.

Competing at St John's Club, Holley produced the only ton-plus average recorded yesterday, firing in a superb 100.20 average during his run to the title.

It was the highest average logged across all tournaments imported into the Q4QS database on Tuesday.
