Yesterday's Results Round-Up South and South West – Sunday 26 July 2026

 


Sunday produced another huge day of grassroots darts, with 55 tournaments added to the Q4QS database. Across the South West there was plenty to celebrate, with titles decided in Gloucester, Plymouth, Taunton, Cinderford, Swanage, Kentisbeare and Portishead, while several players produced outstanding performances to round off another busy weekend.

Dom Taylor Wins Portishead Sunday Chuck

One of the busiest local competitions took place at Portishead Workmen's Darts, where Dom Taylor came through a strong field to defeat Alfie Palmer 4-3 in the final.

The quality was high throughout the evening, with Liam Trotman recording the highest average of 90.44, closely followed by Alfie Palmer (90.18) and Dave Fisher (88.41).

Lee Andrews Claims Gloucester Vault

At Vault 18.0 @ Matson Rugby Club, Gloucester, Lee Andrews enjoyed an impressive run to lift the title.

Andrews defeated Curtis Greenwood 3-0 in the final and also posted the tournament's highest average of 86.71. Curtis Greenwood, Lee Bradley and Will Jackson were all among the players enjoying another productive evening in Gloucester.

Mark Gilbery Triumphs In Plymouth

There was another competitive Vault event in Plymouth, where Mark Gilbery edged past Keaton Hughes 3-2 in the final.

Gilbery produced the tournament's best average of 88.04 and continued his excellent form with seven victories on his way to the title.

Taunton And Devon Winners

At The Queens Arms, Taunton, C-Jay Pipe defeated Josh Wright 3-2 to win another Vault 18 title.

Meanwhile, at The Wyndham Arms, Kentisbeare, Craig Todd claimed the trophy after overcoming Connor Coffey in the final, ensuring Devon also featured among Sunday's South West winners.

Swanage Produces The Performance Of The Day

The standout individual display in the South West came from Ricky King at Vault 18.0 @ Swanage RBL.

King lifted the title after defeating Jamie Elm and fired a superb 111.33 average, one of the highest averages recorded anywhere in the country on Sunday.

More South West Success

There were further local winners as:

  • 🏆 Clint Keyse won at The Nags Head Inn, Cinderford.
  • 🏆 Joseph Lauridsen claimed the JDC Volts title in Exeter.
  • 🏆 Grant/White won the Cotton's Pairs competition.

Sunday 12 July Results Round-Up – Jack Seymour, Shaun Vernall and C-Jay Pipe Among South West Winners

 


Sunday brought another packed day of grassroots darts across the South West, with ADC Vault events, junior competitions and local opens producing another excellent day's action. Several familiar names continued their strong recent form, while a number of players produced eye-catching performances as the race towards the regional finals gathered pace.

Jack Seymour Tops The Ton In Eastleigh

One of the standout performances of the day came at Eastleigh WMC, where Jack Seymour claimed the title in emphatic fashion.

Seymour fired a superb 103.66 average, the highest recorded average across the South West on Sunday, as he continued his impressive spell of form. Dan Rosher also enjoyed an excellent run to the final in another high-quality Hampshire event.

Shaun Vernall Adds Another Gloucester Title

At Matson Rugby Club in Gloucester, Shaun Vernall continued his excellent season by lifting another title.

Vernall overcame another competitive Gloucestershire field, with Mitch McCarthy once again showing consistency by reaching the latter stages. Chris Rose also featured among the leading averages as Gloucester produced another strong standard.

C-Jay Pipe Continues Winning Run

The action in Taunton saw C-Jay Pipe collect another title after an excellent day's darts.

Paul Gardiner reached the final, while Martin Walker produced one of the performances of the day with a 100.20 average, underlining the quality on display throughout the tournament.

Sean Taylor Wins In Plymouth

Another competitive field gathered at Legends Lounge, Plymouth, where Sean Taylor claimed victory.

Darren Pearce continued his excellent recent form by reaching the final, while Dave Lee and Oliver Wells also enjoyed productive afternoons in Devon.

Ricky King Continues Fine Dorset Form

Over in Swanage, Ricky King added another title to his growing collection.

King produced a best average of 93.94 during another excellent display, maintaining the consistency that has made him one of Dorset's form players over recent weeks.

Mark Wellington Triumphs In Cinderford

The latest event at The Nags Head Inn, Cinderford produced another competitive Gloucestershire field.

Mark Wellington emerged victorious after another strong day's darts, with Shaun Vernall and Taylor Morgan also impressing during the competition.

JDC Success Across The Region

There was also plenty of junior action, with:

  • Charlie Mossman winning in Minehead.
  • Joseph Lauridsen taking the title in Kentisbeare.

Both events once again highlighted the strength of emerging talent across the South West.

South & South West Round-Up – Brown and Cooper Continue Outstanding Form

 


Thursday night delivered another excellent programme of grassroots darts across the South West, with familiar names continuing their impressive seasons and several players producing outstanding three-figure averages.

From Bristol and Yeovil to Plymouth, Faringdon and Kentisbeare, there was plenty of quality on display as the ADC Vault Series continued.

Ashton Brown Produces Another Statement Performance

Few players are enjoying a better run than Ashton Brown.

The Hangar61 regular claimed yet another title after defeating Freddie Smith 3-0 in the final of the Thursday Night Round Robin at DartAsylum HQ.

Brown was in outstanding form throughout the evening, producing a superb 104.86 average in the final and recording three separate averages above 98 during the tournament. His recent consistency continues to make him one of the hottest players on the South West circuit.

Freddie Smith also deserves plenty of credit after another excellent run to the final.

Henry Cooper Dominates In Yeovil

The Yeovil Labour Club once again produced a strong Vault field, but it was Henry Cooper who stole the headlines.

Cooper defeated Paul Grenville 3-0 in the final and produced two sensational performances over the 100 mark, including a magnificent 103.26 average.

His latest success further strengthens an already excellent 2026 campaign and confirms his status as one of the leading players in the South West.

Scott Lawrey Triumphs In Plymouth

At Legends Lounge in Plymouth, Scott Lawrey came through a competitive field to defeat Sean Taylor 3-0 in the final.

Andy Steed once again showed his quality by recording the highest average of the event at 96.97, while Sean Taylor produced several excellent performances during his run to the final.

Shane Turner Claims Faringdon Title

Faringdon Town Football Club produced another highly competitive Vault.

Shane Turner defeated Lee Evans 3-1 in the final after producing a superb 100.20 average earlier in the evening.

Lee Evans and Sam Jackson both impressed throughout the tournament, making it one of the strongest events of the night.

Freddie Davey Wins In Kentisbeare

The Wyndham Arms hosted another enjoyable Devon Vault event.

Freddie Davey edged Craig Todd 3-2 in the final after an unbeaten evening, adding another title to his growing collection of good performances this season.

Other South West Highlights

Stewart Lyons claimed the Thursday Night Under 60 title at Highridge United, while Robbie Long continued his excellent run of form by winning another Hangar61 Thursday Night Round Robin.

Samuel King also impressed with victory at Purton after winning nine matches during the evening.
