Tonight's Preview 27th May 2026

 Tonight’s tournament is located in Bristol, at the Sartan Club, Bishopsworth. A tough field, it looks extremely competitive, with several established South West names returning in strong recent form. Geoff James heads the rankings after another excellent run at North Star Club, while Ricky Palmer and Adrian Wood continue to produce consistent performances across multiple Vault events.

Zach Quinn and Steve Boundy both arrive with recent title-winning form in the database, while several players further down the field are capable of producing huge averages on their day. The event should also feature plenty of familiar rivalries, with many of the entrants regularly crossing paths across Bristol and Somerset tournaments.

Recent performances suggest this could be one of the stronger midweek fields seen in recent weeks. 🎯

Q4QS virtual player cards

 Q4QS virtual player cards are now being tested as part of the Quest for Q School grassroots darts database project.

Each card includes a player’s current Q4QS ranking, win percentage, averages, tournament wins and “Nemesis” record, all designed in a clean mobile-friendly format for sharing on social media and viewing on phones.

Current card tiers:
🥇 Gold: Top 100
🥈 Silver: 101–500
🥉 Bronze: 501–1000
🔵 Blue: 1000+

The aim is to create a fun and shareable way for grassroots players to track progress, compare stats and follow rankings throughout the season.(Note rankings are taken from any PDF/WDF/ADC/JDC comps and growing all the time)

Tonight's Preview - 26th May 2026

 Tonight’s action at Widden Rugby Club looks highly competitive, with several recent winners and finalists returning to Gloucester form events. Shaun Vernall heads the field after multiple strong performances across the South West, while Andy Hammond returns to a venue where he has already lifted a title this season.

Clive Burgess and Paul Meyer also arrive in excellent recent form, both having reached finals and picked up notable wins in recent weeks. Iain Howie remains one of the most dangerous players in the field after several deep runs at Gloucester events, while Joseph Meason continues to emerge as a serious contender following a string of consistent performances.

His recent wins over Rich Griffee, Cori Wiltshire and Samuel King underline just how dangerous he currently looks.
